First off, thanks for commenting on my blog. Its always great to here alternative opinions.
Secondly, I think your claim to be spin-free is misleading. I don't need to give examples, just imagine for one minute that you're a liberal (don't be upset, you're just pretending!) and then read what you write. Then judge if you're really objective.
Finally, your comment that 10 million Iraqis affirmed that President Bush was right: what was he right about? That they wanted to be able to vote? If that's what you're referring to, sure, thats great. I agree, they wanted to vote. But when you disenfranchise a large part of the population by not having enough ballots or assuming that they weren't gonna show up, that's problematic. Plus the fact that they aren't really free elections, since Iraq is dominated by a foreign occupying force. For more information on the disenfranchisment of Sunnis in Iraq, check out my post here:
